What shipping methods do you offer?

We usually ship FedEx ground. FedEx will not ship to APOs and PO boxes and so we will ship using USPS to those destinations. We also ship our smaller accessory items USPS.

Do you ship to countries outside the US?

We do ship internationally. If you have any problem with the purchase process please contact us and we will assist you.

What if I get the wrong product?

If the product you receive is not the product you ordered please contact us immediately. Be prepared with your order ID. We will make arrangements for the item to be replaced.

Can I cancel an order before it is shipped?

Orders are usually shipped the same day and leave our warehouse around 3pm MDT. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately by calling toll free at 1 888 988 OKKA.

Our friendly customer service will do all that they can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we can stop it in time.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about a purchase?

As our customer your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied you may return an item to us within 60 days of the delivery date of your item. Call our friendly customer service toll free at 1-888-988-OKKA to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) that allows us to keep track of the return.

You may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price less any coupons used, shipping charges, shipping surcharges, and gift wrapping fees , if applicable.

The returned product must be in new and unused condition and in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means not dirty and not washed but in saleable condition. We cannot issue refunds for an item with any indications that it has been used.

Insurance:

For your own protection, please return the items to us, prepaid and insured, as Okkatots is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Okkatots reserves the right to return to the customer any merchandise without proper return information or with visible usage.

How soon are credits returned to my account?

Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes up to 10 business days for us to receive the exchanged or returned product back from you. All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping Costs, Shipping Surcharges and Gift Wrapping Costs are refundable only if a product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective.

What do I do if an item has a defect?

Please contact our customer service department toll-free at 1-888-988-OKKA within the warranty time. Okkatots Baby Carrier has a 2 year warranty from the delivery date and the Okkatots Diaper Bags have a 6 months warranty on defects in manufacturing or materials.
